Members of the SSC and CARA Board and Distinguished Observers:
Starting with the February 2010 SSC meeting, Jason X. Prochaska will become the UC SSC co-Chair. Please join me in thanking Jean Brodie for her two+ years as co-Chair. Her census-building approach to leadership and decision making is something that I hope we continue in the future on the SSC. I particularly appreciated her steady, sensible view of looking for solutions to the many challenges that have come up in the last two years.
