Participation is by invitation only. Interested participants are asked to submit this registration form. Since it is now past the deadline of April 30, and limited space is still available, applications will still be considered. The SOC will complete its selection of participants, contributed talks and posters, and will send invitations accordingly. At that time, a more detailed registration information will be requested, along with payment for registration fees and on-campus lodging.

We have successfully solicited funds from NSF, MPI, and NASA to support travel to the meeting. Women and minorities are especially encouraged to apply for funding to enable their participation.

Preregistration forms submitted after the April 30 deadline, if accepted, will incur a $US 50 surcharge.

The conference will take place on the UCSC campus and on-campus housing will be available.

Banquet Information

A banquet for all conference participants and special guests to celebrate the 60th birthdays of George Blumenthal, Sandra Faber, and Joel Primack is being organized at the Cocoanut Grove on the Santa Cruz Boardwalk. Cost of Banquet is $US 50 per person.
