This is a slice at constant time as seen by the mouse on the window sill.
In this slice you can see that the meter stick appears tilted.
If you rotate the diagram so this slice is seen on edge, then you can
see that the push of the meter stick was not instantaneous in the window
frame, but happened first at the back end; thus the tilt.
