The basic facts are: it's small, it's a fixerupper but quite livable, it is ideal for a carfree or car-lite family with UC connections.The house will not be vacated until end of December at earliest, and viewing will not be possible until October (I'm packing and Ebaying and it's utter chaos inside!).
