I have been a programmer/data analyst at University of California Observatories since 1997 working with astronomer Garth Illingworth. I primarily work on developing complex data processing pipelines for various instruments on the Hubble Space Telescope (HST) including the Advanced Camera for Surveys (ACS), NICMOS and Wide Field Camera 3 (WFC3). I am currently a member of the Hubble eXtreme Deep Field (XDF) project which combined over ten years of Hubble observations to create the deepest image of the universe. I was also a member of the Hubble UltraDeep Field 2009 (HUDF09) project team. In August 2009 and September 2010 the HUDF09 team use the WFC3/IR camera to take the deepest image ever taken of the universe in the infrared. From 2001 to 2008 I was a member of the ACS GTO team and served as a data analyst and software developer. I am also the web designer/developer and maintainer of the First Galaxies website. More recently I have been working on various client-side web applications.

Projects
XDF
The Hubble eXtreme Deep Field (XDF) Project has combined 50 days of observations with the Hubble Space Telescope using the Advanced Camera for Surveys Wide Field Channel and the Wide Field Camera 3 InfraRed Channel to create the deepest image of the universe.
HUDF09
The Hubble UltraDeep Field 2009 (HUDF09) Project team was awarded 192 orbits (12 days) of observations on the Hubble Space Telescope with the new Wide Field InfraRed Camera (WFC3/IR).
