Workshop on Multi-Object Adaptive Optics

July 3rd, 2010, La Jolla, California

La Jolla Shores from the Martin Johnson House

Workshop Logistics

Time: 9:30 am to 4:00 pm. Breakfast will be available at 9:00 am. Lunch will be served at 12:30 pm.

Location: Martin Johnson House, Institute of Geophysics and Planetary Physics (IGPP), Scripps Institution of Oceanography

Address: 8800 Biological Grade, La Jolla CA 92037. The town of La Jolla is just north of San Diego proper.

Directions from downtown San Diego: Drive north on I5. Exit at La Jolla Parkway. Follow La Jolla Parkway (it will curve to the left) and turn right onto La Jolla Shores Drive (there will be a traffic light and a gas station at the corner where you turn). Drive up (North) on La Jolla Shores Drive until you see a sign on the left saying "Biological Grade Entrance to Scripps Institution of Oceanography". Turn left at this sign and drive downhill to either the second or third parking lot. Park there and walk to the Martin Johnson House, where you will pick up your parking permit.

Maps: Google says it should take 15 to 20 minutes to drive from the Town and Country to the IGPP at Scripps
