From Santa Cruz, CA

September 15, 2009

Welcome!
I have been living at Santa Cruz, CA for almost 12 months now. This city has a strange combination of beaches, redwood forests and a very relaxed population. The University is located in the hills, overlooking the Monterrey Bay. Wildlife here includes deers, squirrels, sea lions, sea otters, the ocasional whale and the famous local surfer .It is also located conveniently close (and conveniently far) from San Francisco, so I strongly recommend that you visit Santa Cruz if you are ever in the Bay area.

You can find out more about UCSC here.

Note: This page is under constant construction/renovation/makeover, meaning that I plan to make changes as often as possible.
