No - photons are massless

Even if they did have a small mass, it would be difficult to feel them
bombarding us. For instance, air molecules are constantly banging against
us, and yet we do not feel them (as lond as we and the wind are still).
Our nerves need signals that are very large (compared to atomic forces)
before we feel anything.
