UCSC Astronomy - Math Help Sheets

Regarding the ordering of the sheets:   If you already know what areas you need help with jump right in at the appropriate sheets. Otherwise, the first sheet "Working a Problem" gives a quick run-through of an effective method of solving a standard Astronomy problem. This first sheet can serve as a diagnostic to determine which areas of the process of solving a problem are most difficult for you. Then the remaining sheets go into much more detailed help for each of the component skills that go into solving a problem.
Sheets which contain practice problems are marked with an asterisk(*).
