This diagram is a synthesis of the contents of what should be
several separate diagrams and documents.
These diagrams documenting the KCRM focal plane
should not include

the device names of the CCD

the designations of the video inputs

the designations of the amplifier types
-
the PANE coordinates
This is a draft. It all deserves double checking.
Please let me know if you find anything that seems awry.
The extra information in this diagram includes

the names of the amplifiers on the LBNL 4k*4k CCDs as they are
described in the spec sheets for those detectors

the names of the Archon channel Ids as they are connected via the
current permutation of video cables
