Which Mill Made this Mask?
As of August 2003, each mask is engraved not only with its mill sequence
code and GUIname, but with a lowercase letter indicating the location of
the mill on which it was made (or at least where the floppy was generated).
This letter is c for California (or Santa Cruz) --
h for HQ (Waimea) -- or m for Mauna Kea
(or mountain).
This piece of information is passed to the Gcode generating utility
fits2ncc by means of an environment variable MILLMINT, which
is set to the appropriate letter code. MillMasks (the mill operator
GUI) sets this envar based on the hostname of the Mill PC on which it
is running.
