Feature: TT Filter Wheel

The ShaneAO TT Filter Wheel unit is located just above the ShARCS detector dewar in the ShaneAO system. Power to the TT Filter Wheel can be isolated via a rocker switch on the front face of the unit. Hence the unit is vulnerable to accidental power-off via this rocker switch (e.g. during ShARCS liquid Nitrogen re-fills).
