Problem: VNC Display Settings

Manifestation:

• Colour problems in GUIs in VNC displays.

Solution/Recovery:

• Stop and re-start VNC servers.

Cause:

• AO VNCs must always use the large screens and 24-bit colour depth (regardless of the remote screen geometry).
