Problem: Weather Plots Stale

Manifestation:

• Using the default browser in VNC windows, visiting the following URL:

  http://mtham.ucolick.org/techdocs/MH_weather/mirrors/rapide120.html

  Weather plots (e.g. Relative Humidity / Dew / Wind / Particles) are stale (i.e. displaying plots from previous dates instead of present information).

Solution/Recovery:

• In (Firefox) browser: Edit...; Preferences...; Privacy...; Settings...
• In dialogue box prompting "When I quit Firefox, it should automatically clear all", select all options:
  • Browsing and Download History
  • Active Logins
  • Form and Search History
  • Site Preferences
  • Cookies
  • Cache
  • Offline Website Data
  • Apply selections with OK
• Close and re-start browser.

Cause:

• Full browser archives?
