Bibliography
This is a quick and dirty explanation of the abbreviations used in the
references elsewhere in the ``What's Where''. Note that many of the
volumes from which the information is drawn are in the Lick Observatory
library now at UCSC, and some of those only came into the posession
of the observatory because of personal relationships between their
authors and Lick staff members. Other material is from the files
of the Shane Archives here at UCSC. Some material exists only in
UC Special Collections.
