The PTTI Editor just informed me that the transcripts should come in late
January, and it will take about two weeks for him to check them for any
obvious errors. At that point, I can distribute them.

The PTTI paper on the history of the leap second, by Chadsey and McCarthy,
is still in draft stage, and must first clear the USNO internal review
process.

Thanks to whoever got the old messages back online. They seem
to be a bit out of order, but that's a minor quibble.

Before the holidays a summary of the discussions at the November PTTI
meeting had been said to be in progess. What is the status of this?
