Another article about the leap second discussion appeared in the "Neue
Züricher Zeitung" (NZZ am Sonntag), a major Swiss newspaper, on Sunday
13 July 2003 on pages 57-58, titled "Der Schaltsekunde schlägt die
Stunde", authored by Andreas Hirstein, in German. It seems not to be online.
