If it were not for two things: Me as a kid listening to WWV for *hours*
over my grandfather's shortwave radio (yeah, I was a weird kid... makes
for a weird adult, too.) and me happening to fall into a job in
interplanetary missions, I'd be blissfully ignorant of the leap seconds
issue, too!
