Torino Meeting presentations and resolution

At the Torino meeting, there was a promise that participants will
receive a CD with all the PPT and PDF presentation files shown there.

I haven't got mine yet. Has anyone else who was there?

Also, what happened to the formal resolution that the SRG planned to
write up after the meeting?
