Ah, what web page shows me is that a typical
GPS disciplined oscillator gave me 20 ns rms
while SA was on and 7 ns rms while SA is off.
Either way, it meets the GPS ICD and more
than meets HP's performance spec for that
receiver.

I'm pretty sure some revenue generating precise
position and time subscription services also exist
from third parties using GPS.
