The December issue of Harper's contains a report by Michelle Stacey
based on interviews with several folks involved in LEAPSECS, on more
than a few postings to LEAPSECS, and on the characters involved in
some time keeping history previously unknown to me.

It includes interviews with McCarthy, Hanson, Levine, Seaman, and me,
