Problem: sharcs_fe Does Not Start

Manifestation:

  • sharcs_fe does not start and gives the following error (on covert):

     
       Couldn't format value: extract_plainpoly(): keyword ANALOG1_2 is type double, but we've been passed a superpoly of type mask

Solution/Recovery:

  • Ensure saomot services are running.

Cause:

  • saomot service(s) not running.
