• 2000 - 2002: Post-doc at University of California / Lick Observatory with Jean Brodie
• Sep 1999 - Dec 1999: Research associate (``forskningsadjunkt'') at Copenhagen University. Teaching and working on CCD Mosaic and IR camera projects for the NOT.
• Sep 1996 - Sep 1999: PhD thesis, ``Young massive star clusters in Spiral Galaxies''. Thesis advisors: J. V. Clausen, Copenhagen and T. Richtler, Bonn. About 1/3 of the time was spent in Bonn, Germany
• 1995 - 1996: Master's thesis, ``Field star populations in the Magellanic Clouds''. Advisors: J. V. Clausen, Copenhagen and J. Storm (ESO). Spent two months at ESO / Santiago.
